This 40-lot subdivision is not like any subdivisions in the area. As you can tell with the home, it is a mobile home subdivision - with an exception. You not only purchase the trailer, but the property it sits on as well. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath, single-wide mobile home was in a great location and at a great price. Previously owned by a concrete enthusiast this trailer had 8 columns, entry stairs, and solid 8" perimeter foundation footings all built of concrete. Other than renovating the thin walls (2x4), minimal square footage, poor insulation and the obvious aesthetics, the home needed to maintain a percentage of the existing trailer to be approved by the local municipality. Time to plan.
