Quick Tip: Spring!

Spring is here and although you want to plant,

you might want to check your soil. Stick a shovel into the

ground six inches or so, pull it out and check to see

if muddy soil sticks to it. If it does, it's not time yet. Wait

until the shovel comes out clean before you start the plant.
