Since I still can't share any new, in process projects that are currently being developed, I thought I'd dig through some of my archives - which is always a fun ride to look back on. This home is from a project I completed over 5 years ago. With the living space located soely on the upper floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings gives each room a mountain view. The lower floor has  spare bedrooms, a rec room, a 2-car garage and plenty of space for storage.
