The kitchen features $30,000 appliance package, wood cabinets & granite counter-tops, 34 speaker system, 11 zones of radiant hot water heating, air conditioning, security camera at front entrance with 2 interior viewing stations, 40 sq ft custom steam shower system with 10 body sprays & 2 hand held shower wands, ipod docs in all bedrooms + other locations throughout. The owners took careful consideration in the quality of the products and materials that went into this home.
