Before & After: Lomond

Homes built in the 70's always give constant reminders of its age. With quirky little details: closed quarters with too many walls, small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and exterior (unusable) details like the oh so small window planter boxes and shutters. With removal of walls, front yard extension, master bedroom enlargement and ensuite addition, garage closure, and exterior 'dressings'. This home received an upgrade back to this decade.
