Home Design: Britannia Range
Built in 2011, this home was designed with green-living in mind. The south facing exterior has ample space for solar panels, large overhangs and natural materials such as stone accents, metal roofing, and cedar shakes and siding. It may look small but under that roof is 2,000 square feet of living space. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the upper floor beds surround a large loft that overlooks the great room with the guest bed and bath on the main floor. The master suite includes walk-in closet, 4 piece ensuite, and very private balcony. Add to that central wood-buring fireplace and only heat source needed, vaulted ceilings, heavy timbers, 2 balconies and 3 decks, lots of storage space, and wide-open spaces; you'll feel as free inside as you do out. Doors open, won't you come in?
Need more space? Optional 1,000 square foot basement.
