Before & After: Edgewater

This mobile home received an amazing transformation with it's focus being a large, covered deck addition. Adding approx. 200 square feet of exterior living to the left side of the home altered its long, 'trailer' appearance - a mobile home, no more. With that addition, came even more changes beginning with siding removal. See the transformation after the break.

Hardi-board lapped siding replaces the out-dated vinyl siding, removal of the window "shutters" and 6" window trim added to make the windows stand out, skylights added to the covered porch, and cedar, cedar, cedar!! Gorgeous new decking, railings, posts, shakes, stairs skylights, beams and the front door.  Stay tuned for reno #2 with a rear master suite addition. Coming spring of 2014.
