I had the pleasure of designing a west-coast contemporary home this summer for an absolutely amazing client and it is just days away from lock-up. From the ground up includes a double garage with plenty of full height and crawlspace storage, the main floor with all the essentials for entertaining and sleeping quarters with 3-bedrooms / 2-baths upstairs.
