Under Construction: 16.8



This home was originally built over 50 years ago by UBC, the University of British Columbia, as part of a construction program. Now a families recreational cabin in one of Canada's resort towns, the owners knew some safety upgrades were needed for their growing grandchild. But the biggest change aesthetically will be the side mudroom and rear deck addition, exterior materials and interior renovation including structural features (post and beam), bedroom extensions and a modern staircase. This cabin will be structurally sound, full of storage space and ready for socializing.
