Inspired by | Second French Empire

Second Empire is an architectural style most popular between 1865 and 1880, but as it evolved from its 17th century French Roots it acquired an eclectic mix of earlier European styles. With a Baroque flair combined with mansard roofs and low, square based domes, it quickly crossed the Atlantic.
