Service Update

By request, Potts Design is now offering architectural models within our scope of work. All models are to a scale and style that will fulfill the requirements and budget of each client, from simple white models to fully illuminated models. If required for transport, the models may be supplied with a durable display-case and a high quality, wooden stand. Here the 2 types of models we are offering:

• Planning Models - Designed to convey your designer's ideas quickly, clearly and effectively alleviate any problems the client may have grasping plans and elevations in a 2D context. Planning models may include site topography, building structure, window and door placement, and removable floor levels with interior walls, stairs, etc.
• Sales Models - Designed as a true miniature of a proposed development clearly demonstrating full architectural detailing which may include site topography with landscaping, building structure with materials, window and doors, lighting, etc. Sales Models are an invaluable tool for public display and are proven to accelerate pre-sales.
