Looking to add on an extra bedroom and rec. room while keeping street appeal was the main concern with this home. While modernizing its look through the design and construction, a few added details arose within the budget. 

Not only were we able to add the bedrooms but also a covered front porch, a prominent entryway, a murphy guest bed in the rec. room and striking new materials. Cultured ledgestone surround the base of the home, dentil details add a nice touch to the gable trim board, a stunning slate tiled entry mimic the colours of the cultured stone and, of course, a little paint for a beautiful finish. This home proves it pays to spend a little extra and pay close attention to the details.
