Location, Location

In this ever-moving forward living that the lower mainland has to offer I've always kept the idea in the back of my head of slowing down in a charming small-town setting. So of course I jumped at the thought of having a project in Dauphin, Manitoba!

Dauphin is a small, quaint city of 8,250 people. Nicknamed the 'City of Sunshine', this little city is home to sports and recreation, arts and culture, and just plain living! Whether urban or rural living is your taste, Dauphin has everything you deserve. With housing options from heritage to new homes in Dauphin or acreage, hobby farms or commercial farms, the cost to purchase or build a new home in our community is low, compared to other parts of Canada with average lots costing approx. $25,000.  This is my kind of living - now if only the ocean was nearby.
